I was recommended Surrey Hills Cleaning by a friend as my carpets were in quite a bad way. They are wool carpets and had some very heavy stains, so I honestly thought they were past saving.To my amazement, John worked absolute wonders on them. He carefully treated the stains and managed to remove most of them, which is incredible considering how bad they were. I’m genuinely blown away by how good the carpets have come up. John from Surrey Hills Cleaning did an outstanding job for us cleaning a small commercial office that had some really heavy traffic and some very stubborn stains. When he arrived, he carefully assessed the carpets and identified the worst areas before getting started. What really impressed me was how he treated each individual stain rather than just rushing through the job. I was actually watching him work and it was incredible seeing some of the stains disappear right before my eyes. Naturally I had to ask what magic product he was using, but he just smiled and said it was a “special stain remover.” Whatever it was, it clearly works! We had a wonderful experience with Surrey Hills Cleaning. After our child was poorly, we were left with large vomit stains on our new carpet. Well, where do I start. I came across John just by internet search for a carpet cleaner. Nice on the phone and he sold me at the minute he explained his process of cleaning a carpet. He was on time, very lovely guy, good sense of humour and highly professional. He did a damn good job! For what he charged, I would definitely have paid more because he did a REALLY GOOD job. Will I be using him again? 100% YES.. I get my carpets cleaned twice a year. So see in 6 months John. Looks 10 times better in real life. The pictures don’t capture the quality of his clean.
